Gary has been running businesses since before he could vote. After four successful start-ups, he had all of the ingredients necessary to create all that is DemGen. With a background in hospitality and quality management, combined with business consulting and human resource outsourcing – it was only a matter of time until lightning struck. His passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed through his work shows both in the company he’s created and the many businesses he’s helped to grow and thrive. Tamara brings over a decade of diverse Marketing and Project Management experience to the DemGen team. From leading international Marketing initiatives, to Graphic Design and Video Production, she has worked in integral roles in the financial, educational and not-for-profit sectors. Best known as our “Virtual MacGuyver, she takes pride in helping businesses grow by understanding and communicating their core messaging, while ensuring projects stay on track. As a small business owner for over ten years, she has keen insights into what business owners need to grow.
Gloria has 25+ years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience.
With a definite flare for motivating others and partnering, she has had great success as a project manager, team leader, coach, facilitator and business consultant. She contributes her success to having a work life balance, being energetic and outgoing, always looking to learn something new and enjoying meeting new people.
She also takes great pride in sharing her experiences with her clients and those around her. Gloria believes that the key to success for anyone or any business is being able to look at any situation, task or problem holistically. If you can get a vision of the entire picture and the impact to others, you can always come up with a solution. This also gives you what you need to easily break the solution into smaller, manageable piece parts to ensure ongoing success and a sense of accomplishment for everyone involved.
Kim has been a part of the DemGen family since 2008. She plays a key role in client management. She excels at keeping each of our clients organized through email and calendar management, coordination of travel arrangements; as well as multi-tasking through various administrative duties. Kim’s attributes and love for the team makes her one of Demgen’s true Business Vision Advisors!
Will has been working in high-level, cross-cultural settings around the world to coordinate the collective output of various project teams for more than a decade. He is passionate about helping others and embraces creative challenges and strategic planning. Born a citizen of Canada, Will completed his Master’s degree in International Relations at the University of Wales in the UK. His skill base includes project management, marketing, and communications. Will comes to DemGen with high hopes for contributing to the company’s international expansion.
Chris is a wealth of knowledge. With a background including virtual Customer Service, Financial Banking, Symphony Musician and Pizza Chef, she continues to add to her list of skills. Her diverse business knowledge allows her to exceed clients’ needs on a daily basis.
Lisa comes to DemGen with over 18 years of excellent Customer Service experience, as well as many years of Administrative expertise. She has developed an excellent rapport with customers and her pleasant telephone manner is irresistible. Her duties with DemGen include, but are not limited to, renewing service agreements, obtaining client information to update profiles and firing up the team to get the job done!
Heidi’s creative flare for corporate success has her wearing many hats both on the DemGen runway and in the boardroom. Heidi’s ability to find a needle in a haystack has her utilizing her management background in Recruiting to find and source the best candidates for DemGen and their customers. Heidi has worked for several Fortune 500 companies both as a quality manager, trainer and developer as well as a sales and customer service manager. Heidi’s ‘glass half full’ attitude in unison with her allegro personality has her humming the tune of success as she orchestrates her role alongside the strong team that is DemGen!
Since connecting with DemGen in the spring of 2010, Julie feels privileged to use her words and skills to support the DemGen team members and clients. With four years of experience in Sustainable Business Development, Sales Promotions and Email Marketing, 25 years in teaching and administration, and 8 years biomedical research, she excels with research, writing, and editing in virtually any field.
Louise joined the DemGen team in February 2011. Louise brings with her 30+ years of diverse experience in a variety of progressive positions, ranging from fast growing entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Her biggest strength is her innate ability to quickly comprehend her Client’s individual needs, while developing and implementing efficient supportable solutions to move their business forward. Customer service and continuous improvement are second nature for her. Louise has worked with Clients maintaining their web server and databases, as well as software design for Continuous Improvement applications. Whatever the business needs, Louise’s passion for excellence translates into a person who will go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Reg brings a host of imaginative, hyperbolic talents as Tele-Prospector and Appointment-Setter with DemGen. Need prospects? Reg’s got ‘em. Need clients? Reg’s found ‘em. Need closings? Reg’s workin’ on ‘em. Suffice to say, the crack of dawn better be careful rising up around this six foot two stick of turbo-charged dynamite. Clients, customers, Reg’s started his engines long ago! Dave joined the DemGen family with an extensive background in computers, sales, and management. The majority of his professional experience comes from being the sales manager, purchaser, and service contract coordinator for a local computer hardware/service company. Dave also has a college diploma with honours in executive office administration and graduated with high honours from the REVA Institute’s Certified Professional Real Estate Assistant program.
Dave provides DemGen’s clients with project management support, as well as administrative and marketing support to DemGen’s real estate clients.
Andreah has thirty years of wide-ranging, progressive business experience project management, and business consulting. She has hands-on expertise with many kinds of businesses and enjoys working with Start-up business, and is known for her flair for creative solutions, and inspirational concepts. Andreah can quickly assess the Client’s needs and begin moving forward in a meaningful manner.
Andreah is the Author of six published books, and has written copy for many web sites and created many successful advertising and promotional campaigns.
Although new to the DemGen team, Jerome has spent most of the last 10 years in marketing and communications, primarily in the public and not-for-profit sectors. Jerome is a trained graphic designer, visual artist and copywriter, is fluent in both English and French, and holds degrees from McGill University and the University of Ottawa. A veteran communicator in a variety of media, Jerome has a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating original and effective design solutions.
Danielle is a former online candy store owner who brings her love for digital marketing to the DemGen team. She enjoys helping entrepreneurs tell their unique story and build their brand through a solid social media presence. When Danielle is asked about her hobbies, “The Internet” is typically listed as one of them. She considers herself on the pulse of social media and is continually strategizing ways for businesses to take advantage these platforms.
Linda is a senior level communications consultant experienced in the development of communications and branding strategies, social media marketing, writing /editing, PR, and experiential event planning and execution. She began her journalism career as a newscaster and quickly traded in the objectivity of news to lend a more creative voice to the communications initiatives of private and non-profit organizations. She is an exhibiting sculptor and has traveled extensively with just a couple of continents to still check off her bucket list. She has a passion for women’s issues, her beautiful daughters and her Westie, G.G.
As part of the DemGen team, Karen brings not only her education in Coaching and Training Development, but comes with a high level of energy and professionalism to enhance individual clients as well as organizations as a whole. With Karen’s extensive years in the Service Industry and specifically the Training and Development field, Karen understands the need to start off on the right foot with the right tools, and communication to ensure the organizations goals and objectives are met.
Focusing on program development and maintaining company standards and consistency, Karen brings fun, enthusiasm and creative learning techniques while facilitating courses and introduces innovative Service and Coaching training courses to meet the specific needs of each organization.
John is an Internet Entrepreneur with 10 years of online marketing experience and specializes in helping businesses generate leads and customers via the internet. John believes strongly in a direct marketing focused approach where design, traffic, conversion & tracking are the key elements that need to be incorporated into a successful web presence.
Larry brings over thirty years of business solutions experience to the DemGen team. As a consultant to the SMB market as well as working with the C-level Executives at Fortune 1000 clients, Larry has a firm understanding of the requisites to sustain a growing business. Unlike telemarketing, prospective lead management is a disciplined art, performed with compassion and empathy for the future client. His sales management experience includes sales training, motivational speaking and sales performance plans. With diverse business savvy, Larry is looking forward to assisting every DemGen client achieve the success that they aspire to.
Samantha brings 6 years of formal education in design and 20 plus years in entrepreneurial pursuits in B2B sectors. Copywriting, marketing and design are her main contributions to the DemGen team. In the last year, Samantha has become more active in civic engagement and nonprofit work, including co-founding Imprints Festival, a youth performing arts festival for Anti-Bullyng action. She is happiest as part of a team with lots of opportunity to contribute new ideas.
Tracy is an entrepreneur, coach, trainer, and writer, who sings while getting ready for work. She helps businesses grow by creating and actioning marketing, communications, and sales support programs, designed to elevate companies to new heights. Her strong background in lead generation, and love of calling prospects to get the pulse on what is happening in a customer base produces exceptional results. Inspiring and motivating teams and individuals to succeed, by bringing passion and excellence to their work, is Tracy’s purpose.
Beverly brings 20 years of corporate and small business experience to DemGen and their clients. She has successfully partnered with others in many roles including project manager, facilitator, coach, team leader, revenue assurance and sales. While striving for excellence in Customer Experience, she likes to focus on the ‘whole picture’ to best determine appropriate solutions.
Beverly is a team player that loves to interact with people, bringing enthusiasm and an outgoing personality to each relationship.
Deborah’s diverse background includes the film, financial, and healthcare industries. She prides herself on being a creative problem-solver, that is solution-focused as well as a savvy and creative computer user. Deborah offers DemGen clients a high level of verbal and written business communication skills, excellent editing and formatting skills, and a wonderful client-focused telephone manner.
Mark brings DemGen clients over 8 years of experience as a project manager
for web projects, search engine optimization, and online marketing. He has completed multiple Google certifications in order to keep his skill set up to current standards. The focus for Mark is taking users interested in a subject and turning them into client leads/customers through a full conversion cycle. He specializes in documentation that streamlines the development process and leads future rank efforts, both paid and organic.
Sumera is a dedicated business professional with a goal to make a positive change in today’s dynamic environment. With an MBA degree in hand, and a background in Business Management & Training, as well as almost a decade of experience – she brings a strong ability to analyze situations and achieve optimum results. Sumera’s multi-cultural background helps her adapt to, understand, and work with a diverse group of clients.
Adam brings over 15 years experience in the Design and Marketing industry to DemGen clients. He has worked on a wide range of projects such as live theatre signage, advertising, vehicle wraps to real estate site plan maps. His expertise is in complex design projects that allow him to take the “ball” and run with it. Not only is he a great designer and an expert with the main Adobe graphics programs, he’s also very skilled with HTML, CSS and WordPress.
When time permits Adam is an avid mountain biker who enjoys long distance off road adventures or entering the occasional race.
Deborah’s background includes 25+ years of program management in a wide variety of settings including fortune 500, small business and not-for-profit.
Deborah has strong skills in all areas of program management including: program planning and evaluation; program development and delivery; strategic visioning and planning; marketing and administration.
Throughout her career, Deborah has led teams through start-up and through business transformation. Deborah’s collaborative leadership approach ensures a high degree of stakeholder engagement and enables diverse teams to seamlessly transform business programs and practices.
Anelia has been working in the industry of marketing for over 4 years by providing services in social media planning, marketing plan, content creations, business plan writing, email campaign and design work. She has a passion for the arts and has used her creative and business skills to ignite her interest in becoming an entrepreneur. Anelia has started an online vintage and retro clothing store with the emphasis on artists as models; The Original Smiths and a marketing freelance company; V/AA/V Designs.
