With a background in hospitality and quality management, combined with business consulting and human resource outsourcing – it was only a matter of time until lightning struck. As co-founder of DemGen, Pam is the expert who always has a finger on the pulse of all operations. She is the master of finding the best resources, team members and tools to utilize.
Without Pam, DemGen would not exist as the conscious business, supporting a way of life for entrepreneurs, that it is today.
Tamara brings over a decade of diverse Marketing and Project Management experience to the DemGen team. From leading international Marketing initiatives, to Graphic Design and Video Production, she has worked in integral roles in the financial, educational and not-for-profit sectors. Best known as our “Virtual MacGuyver, she takes pride in helping businesses grow by understanding and communicating their core messaging, while ensuring projects stay on track. As a small business owner for over ten years, she has keen insights into what business owners need to grow.
Dan has enjoyed several years with DemGen handling Customer Service on behalf of several clients. He has a knack for smoothing rough waters or putting out fires! His people skills have brought kudos from clients, team members, and client’s customers.
Chris is a wealth of knowledge. With a background including virtual Customer Service, Financial Banking, Symphony Musician and Pizza Chef, she continues to add to her list of skills. Her diverse business knowledge allows her to exceed clients’ needs on a daily basis.
Kim has been enjoying handling DemGen clients’ Administration for over two years. She plays a key role in assisting with Research and Systems Management. Managing many clients’ social media campaigns, she is also the online voice for entrepreneurs.
Lisa comes to DemGen with over 18 years of excellent Customer Service experience, as well as many years of Administrative expertise. She has developed an excellent rapport with customers and her pleasant telephone manner is irresistible. Her duties with DemGen include, but are not limited to, renewing service agreements, obtaining client information to update profiles and firing up the team to get the job done!
Heidi’s creative flare for corporate success has her wearing many hats both on the DemGen runway and in the boardroom. Heidi’s ability to find a needle in a haystack has her utilizing her management background in Recruiting to find and source the best candidates for DemGen and their customers. Heidi has worked for several Fortune 500 companies both as a quality manager, trainer and developer as well as a sales and customer service manager. Heidi’s ‘glass half full’ attitude in unison with her allegro personality has her humming the tune of success as she orchestrates her role alongside the strong team that is DemGen!
Kimberley has over 12 years experience supporting Corporate Executives, allowing them much-needed time to focus on what they do best – working on their business goals and focus strategies. Kimberley’s background includes Labatt Breweries, a leading brewer in Canada where she contributed to their business in almost every department throughout her career, as well as being there to start their still active Labatt Charity Golf Classic. After leaving Labatt, she continued to work with them on specific contracts/projects, including organizing annual General Meetings and the annual Charity Golf Classic. Kimberley’s attention to detail, organization and love of technology are just a few of the many Administrative skills she contributes to the DemGen Team. Kimberley also holds her Broker’s license in Real Estate (Ontario, Canada).
Sherri’s passion for promoting organizational excellence through strategic planning is the commitment she’s brought to her Project Management role with DemGen. Sherri’s experiences include managing projects related to sales of product and services with a leading CAD software reseller, rebuilding and strengthening customer relationships while organizing and streamlining processes with an enterprise social media provider and leading teams to successfully adopt a performance planning process while spearheading an employee engagement initiative with a business risk provider. She combines Public Relations training with her flair for organization, attention-to-detail and love of a balanced internal/external operating environment.
Since connecting with DemGen in the spring of 2010, Julie feels privileged to use her words and skills to support the DemGen team members and clients. With four years of experience in Sustainable Business Development, Sales Promotions and Email Marketing, 25 years in teaching and administration, and 8 years biomedical research, she excels with research, writing, and editing in virtually any field.
Louise joined the DemGen team in February 2011. Louise brings with her 30+ years of diverse experience in a variety of progressive positions, ranging from fast growing entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Her biggest strength is her innate ability to quickly comprehend her Client’s individual needs, while developing and implementing efficient supportable solutions to move their business forward. Customer service and continuous improvement are second nature for her. Louise has worked with Clients maintaining their web server and databases, as well as software design for Continuous Improvement applications. Whatever the business needs, Louise’s passion for excellence translates into a person who will go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Reg brings a host of imaginative, hyperbolic talents as Tele-Prospector and Appointment-Setter with DemGen. Need prospects? Reg’s got ‘em. Need clients? Reg’s found ‘em. Need closings? Reg’s workin’ on ‘em. Suffice to say, the crack of dawn better be careful rising up around this six foot two stick of turbo-charged dynamite. Clients, customers, Reg’s started his engines long ago! Frank joined DemGen with 26 years experience as an inside sales representative, enabling him to become a leading lead generation specialist for companies looking to increase revenue by improving their sales pipeline and providing positive market exposure. He spent the past six years working as an independent telemarketing specialist in Toronto, Canada, conducting high-level outbound cold calling and the setting of sales appointments on behalf of organizations in healthcare, finance, transportation, information technology, insurance, manufacturing and banking. He thrives on navigating targeted companies, finding and communicating with C level contacts, uncovering their pain points, qualifying each lead and delivering quality opportunities in real-time.
Prior to working as an independent, he was an inside sales professional in the computer industry for many high-tech companies such as Compaq, HP and Dell. He’s always able to bring the big deal to the table and get it done. Finding an innovative company like DemGen was a miracle and a dream job come true. The collaborative tools are leading edge and actually work.
Charlene brings over 10 years of marketing communications, PR and event management to the DemGen team and clients. From CPG to tech start-ups, fashion and beauty to travel and lifestyle, Charlene has a wealth of client and agency experience to bring to the table. Prior to joining DemGen, Charlene ran a boutique communications agency.
Charlene is also well versed in the social media scene, observing consumer and media trends via sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
Travel, snowboarding and acting are Charlene’s top 3 passions and contribute to her contagious positive energy and go-to attitude. It’s hard to have a bad day when Charlene is around. You may find a few more smile lines on your face after spending time with her!
Andreah has thirty years of wide-ranging, progressive business experience project management, and business consulting. She has hands-on expertise with many kinds of businesses and enjoys working with Start-up business, and is known for her flair for creative solutions, and inspirational concepts. Andreah can quickly assess the Client’s needs and begin moving forward in a meaningful manner.
Andreah is the Author of six published books, and has written copy for many web sites and created many successful advertising and promotional campaigns.
Dan was born with an entrepreneurial spirit, he is part of a family that has run their own business for over 15 years. He has wide-ranging technological knowledge, including experience with programs like WordPress, Infusionsoft, Joomla!, Mambo, Drupal, Excel and everything in between. Chances are, if Dan doesn’t know a program already, he’ll still be able to provide assistance in a matter of minutes.
Although new to the DemGen team, Jerome has spent most of the last 10 years in marketing and communications, primarily in the public and not-for-profit sectors. Jerome is a trained graphic designer, visual artist and copywriter, is fluent in both English and French, and holds degrees from McGill University and the University of Ottawa. A veteran communicator in a variety of media, Jerome has a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating original and effective design solutions.
John is an Internet Entrepreneur with 10 years of online marketing experience and specializes in helping businesses generate leads and customers via the internet. John believes strongly in a direct marketing focused approach where design, traffic, conversion & tracking are the key elements that need to be incorporated into a successful web presence.
Wendy comes to DemGen with over 10 years experience in project management and customer-focused support. A background in the not-for-profit sector, and a small business owner, she wears many hats and is known for her adaptability in taking on new challenges. From research and writing, to marketing and administrative organization, she is committed to helping clients realize their full potential through excellent communication, a conscious business philosophy, and most importantly – enjoyment of the journey!
Duane is “the Tech guy”, specializing in Excel. Joining DemGen with a background including over 7 years as an analyst, his custom-built Excel tools have managed upwards of half a billion dollars in assets, projects, inventories, and revenues for big corporations. He’s just as happy to help someone simply compare two lists of 45,000 rows – in 5 minutes instead of 5 days.
