Kim MillerEach week we will be covering one of the experts from our team.  This week we’d like to introduce you to Kim Miller, our Administrative Goddess.

Kim is one of our most senior team members, having been with the DemGen family since 2007.

She is an organizational wizard and enjoys fine tuning systems and documentation to streamline processes.

Her path to DemGen was a common one…  She began her career in the dental field, but quickly realized it was not satisfying.  Not content with sticking it out in a field she didn’t enjoy, she moved on to office management and bookkeeping.  In choosing to make the change, Kim found her true calling and passion – we’re sure happy she did!

As fate would have it, soon after this, she met our Chief Operations Officer, Pam Christie, at their kids hockey game, while Kim was managing the team. Pam immediately recognized Kim’s organizational skills and recruited her. The rest, as they say, is history.

In her own words: “Working with a large corporation, we often find things change on a monthly and even weekly/daily basis. This has brought on my ability to embrace change as needed. I think this is a trait most entrepreneurs have and need to evolve their businesses.

“I love being able to work from home and DemGen has provided that fabulous gift to me.”
