Don’t fill your days from start to finish

Allow time between calls. Schedule breaks for a walk or to run an errand. Set a limit on your commitments each day and focus on each task by being “in the moment”!

Reduce the amount of paper you use

You don’t have to print everything. Don’t create stacks awaiting filing – file immediately upon paying a bill or signing an agreement.

Stay positive about your abilities and the results you seek!

Use visualizations.  They will help keep you on track. Make them a priority each day.
